Lucus founded Willamette Tech Fleet in 2016, driven by his love for cars and a commitment to delivering a higher standard of service than he had seen in the dealership world. With an engineering degree from OIT, he has channeled his expertise into a passion for automotive technology, ensuring that both he and his team stay ahead of the curve with the latest diagnostic tools and repair techniques.

When he's not at work, Lucus enjoys camping, off-roading, and relaxing with his wife, Leah. And whenever the sun is shining, you’ll likely find him out on his Honda Africa Twin motorcycle.

Alex has been a valued member of the Willamette Automotive Care team for over a year, bringing a decade of experience in automotive repair. His passion for cars extends beyond routine maintenance—he specializes in overhauling engines across all makes and models, ensuring they run at peak performance.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his partner, Molly, and their three dogs, Sasha, Winnie, and Lilly. An avid aviator, he’s actively building flight hours as he works toward his goal of becoming a commercial airline pilot.

Andrew joined the Willamette Automotive Care team in October 2024, bringing over a decade of experience and multiple certifications in advanced vehicle diagnostics. With a passion for problem-solving, he thrives on diagnosing and repairing complex issues.

As a specialist in auto electric systems, he ensures vehicles run smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys online gaming, particularly first-person shooters. You can often find him in the action on Call of Duty as @thatkiddrew seeking and destroying.

Leah joined her husband, Lucus, at the family business full-time in 2023, bringing 20 years of experience in service, sales, and business development. Her passion lies in creating exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Leah in her garden, cultivating a vibrant mix of food and flowers.
